BRAND IDENTITY TRANSFORMATION
The metamorphosis from 'The Finer Horse' to 'King & Carr' wasn’t merely a change of attire but a resonation of a more authentic, more luxurious identity. Hannah recollects, “It’s quite simply the best decision I could have made for the business... King & Carr really suits what I’m trying to achieve... and the response has been really positive.”
The new logo and branding suite have been an epitome of refined luxury, echoing the quality of products that King & Carr offer. “I adore the logo and branding - they really suit the direction I want to take the business in,” shares a delighted Hannah. It seems, the new branding has been the beacon guiding the brand to its true essence and values, adding a layer of refined aesthetic appeal to its luxury persona.

Our journey in redesigning the website was led by the desire to merge aesthetic appeal with seamless navigation. With our enhanced design, we’ve witnessed users immersing themselves more in the website, enjoying the spaces we created.
The layout, the refined design elements, and the beautiful photography have been the game-changers for the brand’s online presence. “It’s aesthetically pleasing yet easy to navigate, which is so important for the customer journey,” Hannah remarks, highlighting the positive feedback and the intended functionality of the ordering process.
BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
The symphony of brand photos and videos we created have been the bedrock of the relaunch, each frame telling a story, each clip breathing life to the products. “I can’t speak highly enough of the content that you created,” Hannah expresses, emphasising the wave of positive responses she has received. The longer video, created using spliced content, has been particularly well-received, showcasing the products in their true essence and light.
CONTENT & EMAIL MARKETING
Our content marketing strategy focused on building anticipation pre-launch, driving traffic during the launch, and focusing on products post-launch, becoming vital in maintaining and building interest. The consistent brand presence and strategy across different platforms – website, socials, and email – empowered King & Carr to beat the algorithm and achieve strong engagement.
Our email marketing support has catapulted King & Carr’s customer communication and engagement to staggering open rates, with not less than 65% (often 100%) for the ‘Welcome’ flow and first email campaign. “I was just looking at the stats… I’d say so far they’ve been pretty successful,” Hannah observes, highlighting the effectiveness of the strategies implemented.
