We began with an in-depth brand strategy to refine their positioning, tone of voice, and unique selling points, ensuring their commitment to luxury and sustainability was at the forefront.
The Shopify website is being designed with a clean, intuitive layout that enhances user experience while reflecting KyndMe’s high-end aesthetic.
To nurture customer relationships and drive conversions, we implemented a comprehensive email automation strategy, including welcome sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, and abandoned cart recovery. Additionally, we crafted compelling website copy, blog content, and social media assets to educate and inspire their audience, reinforcing KyndMe’s authority in the sustainable beauty space while encouraging engagement and loyalty.
And as for any luxury product - lifestyle photography is key! We led the create direction and project managed the photography, to ensure finished images were aspirational and luxurious.
